Convenience is at the forefront of the product's design. The foot pedal power control offers a user-friendly way to operate the unit, while the 360-degree swivel hanger with hanger clips allows for the simultaneous steaming of multiple garments.
When it comes to water usage, it is highly recommended to use distilled water to prolong the life of the steamer and prevent mineral build-up caused by hard water (tap water). After each use, it is best to drain the excess water from the tank and reservoir to maintain the steamer's longevity and prevent water spills during storage.
Upon receiving the steamer, you may notice that the steam hose is initially stiff. This is due to the dual-insulated material used to regulate the temperature, but as you start using the steamer, the hose will become softer.
While the steamer does not have an automatic shut-off feature, it does have an auto temperature regulation that stops producing heat once the water runs out.
Attaching the steam hose to the steamer is a straightforward process. The hose has a double-lock system. First, insert the hose into the unit and hold it from the base, twisting it clockwise for two full cycles. Once the hose is locked in place, pull it up to ensure it is tightly secured before using the steamer.
